Today and forever more

   I reviewed my blogs. I am no longer that person. I am a widower and I am lonely without my companion and wife. Frank Sinatra sang a song about being alone but not lonely. I need to refix my sites so that I can stand to just be with myself. It is a process, not one I am happy to be on but one that I am on neverless.
